Patricia A. Zenner
An Aggressive Advocate for your Rights
I began the career of law in 1986 as a law clerk for the Honorable Allen Oleisky, who was then the chief judge in Hennepin County Juvenile Court. After graduating from Hamline University School of Law in 1988, I began an over three-decade career as a juvenile public defender, advocating for juveniles in criminal and delinquency cases, as well as representing both juveniles and parents in child protection cases. Furthermore, I provided legal representation for individuals who were petitioned under commitment in guardianship court.
I also served as a public defender in adult court where I was co-counsel in an 18-year-old cold case homicide in Washington County. I then continued to defend adults in Pine County criminal court.
In 2007, I founded Zenner Law Office in Stillwater, Minnesota using my extensive background as a public defender in juvenile, criminal law, and guardianship law to serve persons charged with crimes or brought into the child protection system.
In my private practice I have successfully litigated many termination of parental right trials; reuniting parents with their children.
